Glass Factory That Will Blow You Away

Today I went to a Murano glass factory, that shows you how to make glass.

First our bus friends and my family got to the glass factory. At the place where we entered there was a person named Carlo who explained how they made glass. The first step was to put the melted glass on a pole into the fire so that they could get it more liquidly. Then the glass maestro blew a bubble in the glass so it formed the inside of a vase. Yet again, they warm it up and it is still on the pole. After being in the fire the man shaped the neck of the vase. When he was done again in the fire and then to make the bottom, so it did not tip. Off goes the pole and there is the bottom. Last time in the fire and then some funky handles to make. When the glass is finished it gets put in the cooler for at least twenty four hours. Then the colour comes in. They mix minerals with water to make beautiful colours.

The other thing that was really cool was the ones dipped in beads! the beads were tiny glass bubbles and I wish I had enough money to buy them. I watched a cool way to make murano glass for about five minutes. Soon I found a really cool room with all sorts of jewellery.

I even got a big beautiful unicorn too. Which was given to me by our travel director's friend. I was really luck and I also think it was a huge reward to go to the factory.
